Updates to invoice and quote postage amounts

A update has been made to improve the way postage (shipping) is printed on invoices and quotes. Now when your invoice or quote does not have a postage amount the postage details are no longer printed on the invoice. The following screen shots show the difference between printing an invoice with and without postage.

This invoice does have postage (this screen shot is from the review screen) :

When the invoice is printed the postage amount and tax amounts are displayed :

When there is no postage these two amounts are no longer displayed:
