Quote and Invoice templates updated

The Invoiceplace quote and invoice templates have been updated:

  1. Page numbers are displayed in the footer of the page, in the format of ‘[page number] of [total pages]’.
  2. The discount column is not shown if no discount has been applied to any line items.
  3. Line items include numbering.
